An Egg-cellent Day for an Easter Egg Hunt
David, 13, with his Easter Egg finds
With the weather sunny-side-up, the Easter Egg Hunt held today, Easter Sunday, was a great
success.
A cracking time was had by the many children who attended the Hunt, held at The Pier, Rousay.
After 3pm, they scrambled outside egg-citedly to find the many chocolate eggs and other
chocolate treats hidden in the area surrounding the Ferry Terminal.
The children also made an egg-cellent job of creating fantastic Easter Bonnets and Cards for
the competitions, with Easter Eggs the obvious prizes.
The event raised a total of £130.16 for the RNLI.

Beautiful weather for an Easter Egg Hunt
With Primary 1 and younger given a 5-minute head start, the
older children had to search far and wide for their finds.
